Programme for 2011-2012

Our winter programme of entertaining and informative illustrated talks by local and national experts covers a wide range of topics related to gardening and plants. Talks are followed by refreshments and a members' plant stall. Many of our speakers also bring plants for sale

3rd December 'A Garden in the Mediterranean' by Stephen Lacey, garden writer, lecturer and broadcaster. Followed by Christmas Party

 'Boggery in the Garden' by Timothy Walker, curator at Oxford Botanic Gardens tells us about the construction and maintenance of the bog garden at Oxford in his own individual and amusing style
